I have dealt with many persons on EBAY; virtually all have been A++++. In one instance, I was surprised by the extra professionalism and attentiveness afforded me by "Pre-OwnedWatches.com." HE, not me, suggested the use of an escrow for satisfaction. I had never used iescrow before and Matthew Green assisted me in "signing up" as well as walking me through the transaction. All went well; I received a watch that was every bit and more of what was advertised. HOWEVER, Matthew Green Jewelers never explained to me that after I was satisfied with the Rolex Masterpiece (18k MOP), I was to advise iescrow so that Matthew Green Jewelers could be paid. After several days, I received a note from Matthew Green asking me how I liked the watch; I raved at the bargain I received. Again, nothing was said to me about releasing the iescrow funds. Finally, in a very delicate and polite way, Matthew Green informed me about "paying them." I was quite embar! rassed...learned how to "do it" and the transaction was concluded. What could be more HONEST than a transaction such as that. These guys are PROS of the highest order. You are in safe hands buying anything from Matthew Green Jewelers.

Hi there Matthew, Let me start out by apologizing for not getting back to you sooner. I never knew how much time and work it takes just to find a place to get married in and have a reception. The ring was a big hit all around. Even our friend Rob seems happy with it. I get compliments on the ring almost as much as Jamie (my now fiance) does. One of her friends that also just got engaged was quoted as saying "my ring next to yours looks like a speck of sand. Let's trade and see who notices first." needless to say there will be no trading, according to her, ever. Let me tell you briefly how the engagement went. I took her to the Wialua Falls in Kauai. Placed the ring in a Winnie the Pooh Limoge (the night before). Gave this to her as a gift. When she opened it she started out gasping for air. Then the tears came and she almost fell over. In this process she almost dropped the Limoge. We got a big round of applause from people we didn't even know, along with some hand shakes and some on looking wows. This definitly is one of our best life time moments and your helpfulness and patience is one of the biggest reasons we got there. I need to run now. Today is one of the only days that we can go look at places together. I'll give you a call soon to talk to you about designing out the rest of the ring. Matt I LOVE the gold Rolex watch. It is exactly as you stated. I took it to the jeweler in Houston he said it was perfect - never worn, in great shape. I have never puchased with escrow and I am not computer savy but it was very easy.I am keeping your business card fo future needs.
